"Ell- Podium" is a creative group of people, which has been reunited for one purpose - to get advanced in the world of photographic art, fashion, advertising promotions and video clips. The group has its own history and an outstanding creator.
“Ell Podium” was founded in 2004 by Dmitri Nefedoff – “Art Star” company CEO. The company dealt with organization of Russian artists performances in Israe
l. Dmitri also developed certain fashion projects in collaboration with Felix Shtein - the make-up artist, who is widely famous throughout Israel and else in the world. In 2006 Dmitri Nefedoff became an official producer of Felix Shtein. Felix himself caused Dmitri's acquaintance with the “High Fashion World”. A year later, Dmitri left the “Art Star” company for his own model agency. He started to search for fresh images, those who the camera lens didn’t notice yet. The search was conducted in such public places as cafes, restaurants, beaches, night clubs and other. In addition Dmitri invited Stanislav Shishkov, the well known choreograph from Saint Petersburg - in order to let new models learn the podium walk and work in front of the camera. Felix in his turn, created special styles for each model, made up in collaboration with the professional photographer Anatoly Kras. The “Ell-Podium” agency got its name thanks to Nelly, who was the guest designer from Saint Petersburg. She visited their first fashion show, where Dmitri's models demonstrated wedding dresses from "Le Rima" salon. After the show, Nelly expressed her satisfaction and noticed that it remained her "Elle" magazine style. Occasionally, “Ell” was a pen name of one agency model. Straight of the ice, the "Podium" add-on was created. In 2007 Dmitri decided to organize performances and this way he created a project named “Art-Design-Party”. The goal of the project was to search for new talents from the body art, visage, design and style fields and present their talents in public. In a few performances he combined art objects with exhibitions. Each artist was encouraged to express himself in front on the jury. The show reached a huge popularity. Needless to say, that “Ell-Podium” models participated directly in all “Art-Design-Parties” and appeared in plenty of Russian night clubs, luxurious Israeli hotels and pubs. “Ell-Podium” agency was the unique one that arranged a fashion show, presenting a dress collection, fully made of natural flowers. Among show watchers, there were many business men and alcoholic trademarks representatives. “Art-Design-Party” not only encouraged many new talents to appear - it also accelerated Dmitri himself. One day he met a "Dolina" food market importing agent, who offered him to be an exclusive distributor of alcohol and light drinks. Dmitri agreed to work, but he didn't close the model agency. Instead, he promoted the alcoholic trademarks by means of “Ell-Podium” models. One year later, Dmitri was offered a similar job from another importing company, and this way he became the "Nemiroff" trademark promoter. Thanks to Dmitri, the "Nemiroff" brand became famous in both Israeli and Russian-speaking market. The years 2008-2009 became the decision-making time about “Ell-Podium” future. After conquering the drinks market, Dmitri couldn’t ever continue to switch between the working places and decided to change the “Ell-Podium” destination. Dmitri aspired to something more important, than podium walks and alcoholic trademarks promoting. At the same time, he didn’t want to leave the world of fashion and advertising. That is why he decided to widen “Ell-Podium”, transforming it to official art group. Dmitri’s dream was to build a team that would be aimed on commercial business, clip making and fascinating atmosphere. He has done everything possible to let his “child” achieve a new higher professional level. Today, “Ell-Podium” is well known in clip making, commercial and promo-actions spheres. It arranges professional photo-sessions for Israeli cloth stores, puts an effort in night life field - especially in the clubs. But the most important attribute remained the same – The association of talented people.
