אנו גאים ושמחים לבשר כי הובלנו סיבוב השקעה בחברת BrainsGate הישראלית. החברה השלימה סבב השקעה של 14 מיליון דולר לפי שווי של 147 מיליון דולר לפני הכסף.

בטיפול שפתחה בריינסגייט, חולה שבץ עובר תהליך קצר של כ-5 דקות שבו מוזרק שתל לתעלה קיימת. השתל יוצר גירוי עצבי שמגביר את זרימת הדם למוח כדי לשפר את מצבם של נפגעי שבץ חסימתי בחלון של 24 שעות מפרוץ השבץ.

יו"ר ומנכ"ל Spero רוברט זינגר בירך ואמר: "לבריינסגייט פתרון יוצא דופן בתחום השבץ עם יכולות מתקדמות אשר מעניקות תקווה למילוני אנשים ברחבי העולם. אנחנו שמחים להוביל את הסיבוב הנוכחי ביחד עם קרן ההון המשותפת BNP".

סבב הגיוס של החברה שפיתחה טיפול חדשני לשבץ מוחי חסימתי צפוי לממן את פעילותה עד קבלת האישור שהוגש ל-FDA. עד היום גייסה החברה כ-97 מיליון דולר

יו"ר ומנכ"ל Spero רוברט זינגר צופה בפרלמנט האלבני שכעת מאשרים את המהלך אותו הוביל- אימוץ ההגדרה הבינלאומית לאנטישמיות של IHRA (כוח המשימה הבינלאומי להנצחת זכר השואה). את המהלך הוביל זינגר כנציג התנועה למאבק באנטישמיות ואמר: "אנו מקווים שאלבניה תהווה קטליזטור לאימוץ ההגדרה במדינות מוסלמיות."

אלבניה כעת הפכה למדינה הראשונה עם רוב מוסלמי שהתחייבה למאבק באנטישמיות.

Last year our Chairman and CEO, Robert Singer, had a special and cordial visit to Pristina where he met with the President of Kosovo, Hashim Thaçi in order to advance the interests of the local Jewish community and the relations with Israel.

Today We are pleased and happy to hear the news about the decision to formalize the bilateral relations between Israel and Kosovo.
