We are looking for a CFO and Operation leader with demonstrated leadership experience and professional track record. If you are dynamic, like challenges and want to make a difference, your place is with us!
The CFO and Operations role includes planning, implementation, managing and running of all the finance activities of a company, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting, handling contracts and business negotiations.
Main responsibilities include:
- Provide leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team
- Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments
- Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans, capital structure and support investors relations and requirements.
- Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations
- Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of the executive management team
- Manage the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting
- Reviewing all formal finance, HR and IT related procedures
Requirements:
- An MBA and CPA – a Must
- At least 15 years' experience in the finance industry. Proven experience as CFO/ VP Finance
- Thorough financial understanding
- Work experience in a public company and involvement in an IPO process – an Advantage
- Displaying a cohesive ability at interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and written
- The ability of negotiating contracts, examining the cost issues and building models
