⛰️ Last week we led a deep and immersive project in Switzerland with a leading engineering company seeking to enhance creativity and in the industrial sector. The work was conducted alongside 10 senior executives, focusing on learning and addressing key organizational challenges.

Together, we explored critical questions such as:

* How can each leader drive the organization toward excellence?
* What changes are needed in the organizational culture to improve the way we work?
* Bringing forum into business
* How can conflicts be resolved more effectively to foster collaboration and growth?

These have been fascinating days of intensive and meaningful work, side by side with my son and co-facilitator Gil Kfir. Learning and evolving together, surrounded by snow-covered landscapes and the warmth of a crackling fireplace. 🔥
