Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Organizational Liaison to join our team. This person will serve as a key link between our firm and multiple partner organizations, supporting them in fundraising and strengthening donor, foundation and corporate relations.
Key Responsibilities
• Engage with partner organizations to identify funding opportunities and develop compelling grant proposals.
• Coordinate donor communications: status updates, acknowledgement letters, follow-up reports.
• Support strategic fundraising planning including prospect research and pipeline management.
• Serve as liaison with foundations, corporate partners and philanthropic networks.
• Manage grant timelines, submissions and reporting requirements across multiple partners.
• Track and report on outcomes, document impacts, support capacity-building of partner orgs.
Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in fundraising, grant writing or nonprofit resource development.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills in English; Hebrew fluency is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, organization and time-management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects/deadlines independently and collaboratively.
• A passion for the nonprofit sector and creating meaningful social change.

Fundraising and Donor Relations - Grants Coordinator

Position Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and articulate Grants Coordinator. This role will provide vital writing, research and operational support to our fundraising and communications team — an ideal role for someone who thrives in a supporting capacity but whose writing counts.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in drafting and editing donor materials, grant reports, LOIs and proposals.
• Conduct background research on donors, foundations, funding priorities and trends.
• Prepare presentations, newsletters, communications materials and support campaigns.
• Maintain internal databases and project-tracking tools; manage calendars, meeting logistics, deadlines.
Qualifications
• 1-3 years of experience in a nonprofit, communications or administrative role.
• Strong writing/editing skills in English; meticulous attention to detail.
• Highly organized, reliable, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Tech-savvy: comfortable with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office and project-management tools.
• A collaborative mindset, strong team orientation and proactive approach.
