With the support of various teachers and professors from central universities, the company has also launched its books in Gujarati and Bangla language to create a wide presence of its products. Thereby, giving a broad outlook to its business and network. In 2010, the board decided to further diversify the company's operations. 1. Direct marketing: We personally believe in having a direct communication (rather than indirect communication which is sending specimen copies directly on their provided address) with teachers to gather feedbacks on our books and maintaining a healthy relationship with them.
2. Being in the field of education from past 68 years and publishing books in many regional languages, we have a pan India distribution channel. Our marketing executives are in their designated area round the year and therefore, we follow intensive marketing operations.
3. Our main focus is to pitch up good books (quality manuscript and best presentation) in the market at low cost so as to encourage students to read textbooks.
4. We have one of the best creative team, to give a book lively look. We put great emphasis on book layout and design so that the designs should co-relate with the subject. This attracts students towards textbooks thereby, making them feel connected with the book.
5. We give more importance to a single book on one title rather than having number of books on same title. We also encourage teachers to recommend the books to the students if they find it worth recommending (by accessing their feedback) it to the students.
