🔧 We’re Hiring: Production Head (Corrugation Industry)
📍 Location: Indore
💰 Salary: ₹50,000 (50K) – ₹1,00,000 (1 Lakh) per month
🏢 8+ years experience
This is a leadership role where you’ll take full ownership of production, operations, and plant efficiency in a corrugated box manufacturing unit.
💼 What You’ll Be Responsible For:
• End-to-end production planning & ex*****on as per orders
• Managing corrugator & converting operations (printing, die-cutting, gluing, etc.)
• Driving productivity, efficiency & reducing downtime
• Ensuring quality standards (GSM, strength, dimensions, printing)
• Controlling wastage & improving raw material utilization
• Leading and managing plant manpower & shift operations
• Coordinating with maintenance for smooth plant functioning
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
• 8–12+ years experience in corrugation industry
• Minimum 5 years in plant leadership role
• Strong knowledge of corrugator operations & processes
• Experience in production planning, cost control & quality
• Team handling & problem-solving skills
• Engineering background (Mechanical / Production preferred)
