We were given address and contact where the girl was working , It was an IT company in Prahladnagar
We were also given details of here shift timings ,contacts of colleagues about whom the guy was aware
Now we had to start with the details given to us , we began with the company in which girl was working
One of our investigation executive visited the facility ,discussed with HR on role and team member
We also talked with few cross functional team member who were not friend of girl
We have a procedure for this purpose where no private information is disclosed to anyone
The company and the people we investigate have to agree with TNC
Then the other investigation executive was asked to follow girl after the shift hours
We always maintain the privacy in such cases ,the executive only follows the suspect girl in public places without harm
And after investigating on the FIRST Perspect we came across some information from employees of company that the girl had a relationship of 5 years with the team lead of his Project
About this the husband was never told neither from family or from the girl
We came to know about the second surprise when another investigation officer started tracking activities of girl after and before office hours
