Dogs and Cats are not wild animals! They are domestic animals like cow and goats. They are companions of humans not animals. If dogs are kept well and fed well, they will be playful in the society. Kept dogs hungry and trying to torturing them will result into cruelty and create a INTOLERANT society. Find out better solutions to keep citizens, animals, and environment in the society better. Don’t create a divide in the society between animals and humans, similar to CASTS, RELIGIONS & Try to drive appeasement by some one to some people 🥲
