_*RBI block fund release, work flow,

# Share owner pdf full file.
# Funder will verification of owners fund in RBI, and also consult with,
(RBI, Finance Minister Department, PMO).
After clearing from all.

Funder will call owner and media to Bombay.

* # Media and owner has to come direct in RBI Bank. With Original File.*
# KYC will be done in RBI Bank,
# After Successful KYC verification. Within two days Appointment will be taken for Bio Matrix.
When Bio Complete in RBI same Day.
(Agreement will be made with owner, funder and media.).
Amount of Minimum 5 Cr to Owner And 5 Cr to media. Will be given (Tokan Amount can be increase as per file volume).

# File Owner will be get token & accommodation in other hotel for 4 pax’s, File owner + 3 paxs total 4 People (2 Rooms).
# After Agreement all Expenses will be bare by funder. Till file complete...
Minimum 15 days and Maximum 90 days work to clear file.
at📍 Bombay After Bio Matrix.

# Ratio will be 30+10 (A+B+C) .

# Zero advance policy, No Travelling expenses and etc, etc, For advance.....

1st Day file owner Meeting with Investors Mandate, with original file.
Mandate will verify owner & his file, after successful verification, Mandate will inform Investor the same.
Mandate will take Color copy of file Or owner has to give color copy of file to mandate.
Investor or funder will verification of owners fund in RBI.
Investor will come same day with team to re verify the file.
2nd Day After successful verification MOU will be signed with file owner.
Agreement will be made with owner for media
3rd Day KYC will be done in rbi bank, after Successful KYC verification, File Owner will be given token of & accommodation in other hotel for 4 pax’s File owner + 3 paxs total 4 People (2 Rooms)
Rest before & after process everything is mentioned in term sheet, plz go through properly.
