Do we Need Protein, Carbs, Fiber
i.e. Macronutrients and
Calcium, Vit D, Vit B12, Iron, Zinc, Magnesium, Iodine, Vit C, Vit E, i.e. Micronutrients everyday???
Let's Analyse....
we are mother's, many are Homemaker, few are working...We do multitasking most of the time...We never follow right food habit for ourselves neither enough sleep we get.... easily forgot to rest for few minutes....and Water we take it very lightly...ππ
How our body, ORGANS will give us good results?? It won't.
Everyday we suffer from backpain, joint pain, stress, anxiety, low confidence always worried, feel lonely and still worthless.
These are the sign that we are not taking care of ourselves, our body which will be with us till last breath No one Else.
To overcome every fight in life..we have to be mentally, emotionally and Physically stable , fit , strong!!!
So ,YES every Woman who is not going to GYM also need Right Balanced Nutrition, Everyday!!! All Necessary Macro and Micro Nutrients.
