We are seeking motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Telecallers to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients in the cosmetics industry in the USA market, promoting our range of cosmetic products and generating sales leads. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and a passion for selling cosmetic products.
Key Responsibilities:
· Research and identify potential clients in the cosmetics industry in the USA market
· Reach out to prospective clients via telephone or email and promote our range of cosmetic products
· Generate and follow up on leads to secure new business opportunities
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
· Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute targeted campaigns
· Keep accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments
Salary & reimbursements : 20,000 to 30,000 Rupees fixed per month + Incentives
Shift Type : Night Shift
Job Location : Shahibaug, Ahmedabad
Requirements:
· Proven experience as a B2B sales telecaller or similar role
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
· Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
· Knowledge of the cosmetics industry, with experience selling cosmetic products preferred
· Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
· Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
· Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
· Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
