Dear Friends,
In any large factory, imparting induction training in Gujarati to the bottom most workers and to have 100 % training’s to new comers ( including contract workers) is a big challenge
With an idea to prepare induction training in gujarati in a self crafted film formate I prepared total 47 min film which has 5 parts. I am sending first 2 parts for your knowledge and expert comment.
Beauty of this is that once such film is ready even H R fellow can run it and carry on training which can help in time shortage of safety officer

Have a look to this short film ( part 1 A), and then full film, go through peacefully for few min
Tell me your views
( Planning to prepare such training modules professionally for customer industries)
