In any large factory, imparting induction training in Gujarati to the bottom most workers and to have 100 % training’s to new comers ( including contract workers) is a big challenge
With an idea to prepare induction training in gujarati in a self crafted film formate I prepared total 47 min film which has 5 parts. I am sending first 2 parts for your knowledge and expert comment.
