Responsibilities
Study international product standards related to automobile spare parts and machinery products as per ISO, ASTM, EN, SASO standards and prepare working protocols.
Review Testing, Audit and Inspection report in accordance with the appropriate product standards.
Become an expert in a specific field of product technical regulation (to be assigned)
Manage relationships with certification subcontractors (e.g. laboratories).
Provide technical input to Compliance Coordinator in case of questions from client during application.
Prepare the evaluation reports and provide recommendation for certification to Technical Leader.
Perform the verification of laboratory testing report as part of review and decision processes.
Ensure the new updates are properly documented and implemented related to their scope of activity.
Assist reporting manager to prepare annual and quarterly reports of the Certification Department.
Maintain the back filing records and present as and when requested by Managers/Leaders.
General customer service includes responding to technical inquiries.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in AUTOMOBILE field, with knowledge of different auto parts, dealing with any regulations/standards
Has experience in auto industry dealing with technical evaluation
