The corner residence is taking shape. On site, the arched openings are reading exactly as drawn, the brick massing holds its presence from both street elevations, and the double heights are beginning to do what volume is meant to do. At this Residence, each of the four double heights was placed with a specific intention, the street elevation that announces the house before you arrive, the entry that opens upward the moment you step in, the puja space designed in accordance with Vastu where light falls from above, and the dining area that keeps a family visually connected across floors. Both bedrooms are built around the same idea: a limited material palette that invokes a feeling of calm. Using Veneer for warmth, PU finishes for a clean, matte consistency, Fluted wall panels that add texture without demanding attention, we delivered what was asked.

The wardrobe shutters are profile shutters, recessed, considered, quiet. The bathroom door disappears into the wall entirely, not interrupting the aesthetic of the rooms.

The colour choices were deliberate. Earthy terracotta, dusty blue, warm beige, copper, tones that sit easily together and don't compete for the room's attention. The result is a space that feels settled rather than styled.

The bedrooms for this private farmhouse were built around restraint, calm tones, natural veneer, PU finishes. The wardrobe shutters are profile. The toilet door disappears into the wall.
