Comment: Friday’s sharp rally alerts for a possible short term bottoming turn. Look for recovery rallies to press into a test of 125770* resistance. A close over 125770* secures a bottoming turn and could send a climb into the 1265-1275 zone. Any corrective dips should stay over 122050* to continue bottoming forces from Friday’s upturn.

JUL SILVER (1649)

Resist: 1654, 16675, 16705*

Supprt: 1622, 1617, 1610* ST

Trend: Sdwys/Down Obj: None TRP: 1670.5

Comment: Friday’s rebound marks a near term upturn that should foster additional retracement action early this week, trying to lift trade into a test of 16705* resistance. A close over 16705* confirms a short term bottom and larger retracement to 1713. Tight congestion in the upper edges of Friday’s range will bull flag. A close under 1610* is needed to rekindle bear trend forces.

Comment: The selloffs into the end of last week alert for a bear turnover that will lead into a larger selling wave. Trade is poised for selloffs early this week and close under 122540 or drop under 121720 alerts for a selling wave into the 1190’s. Only a close over 125560* rekindles bull trend forces.

MAY SILVER (16985)

Resist: 1709, 17355*, 1772

Supprt: 16735*, 1645* ST Trend: Sdwys/Up Obj: None TRP: 16.45

Comment: Last Thursday’s spike high alerts for a top. Be ready for corrections with a close under 16735* driving retracements to test 1645* support for a larger downturn / top. Residual bull forces may again attempt to hold trade over 1700+, but a close over 17355* is needed to rekindle bull trending moves to attack last Thursday’s high.
