If you are in a difficult phase right now, remember this: What feels like drowning today may actually be training.

You are learning to hold pressure, think clearly under stress, and come back faster.

There are days when it feels like too much - pressure, noise, uncertainty, fatigue. And then something shifts. Not because the problem disappeared, but because you didn’t.

I see this mistake repeatedly while working with founders.

Most don’t suffer from lack of data. They suffer from decisions made without self-awareness.

You can track CAC, productivity, margins, cost pyramids… But if your mindset is driven by fear, comfort, or past wins, the data will only justify bad decisions.

Strategy is not a spreadsheet problem. It’s a thinking problem.

At  2025, I had the opportunity to conduct a workshop on Client Account Growth, where we explored how agencies and SIs can unlock revenue beyond new sales by focusing on value creation in existing relationships.

With 30 agency leaders in the room, we discussed a critical shift: Instead of chasing new clients in a tough market, why not maximise the potential of those who already trust you?
