You are learning to hold pressure, think clearly under stress, and come back faster.
There are days when it feels like too much - pressure, noise, uncertainty, fatigue. And then something shifts. Not because the problem disappeared, but because you didn’t.
You come back up - a little bruised, a little wiser, a little stronger. That is the process.
Whenever I feel like I’m drowning, the sea throws me back out. Trust the process.
