Duties and Responsibilities
The prime duty of a bank executive is to bring in new customers and increasing revenues by cross selling to the customers.
Daily interaction with Branch for meetings and discussions of product, customer and acquisitions
He or she has to do monthly targets as assigned.
Skills and specifications
The candidate desiring for the job should have the required attributes and those skills and specifications are as following:
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Candidate needs to have required mathematical skills.
UPDATED AND UPGRADED: The candidate should be updated with the latest developments in the bank products.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS: The candidate needs to have required communication skills and need to impart instructions smoothly to the customers
HARD WORKING: The candidate should have the ability to do hard wok so must be organized, and be able to keep calm in pressure situations
Education and Qualifications
Graduate mandatory. Candidates are required to have prior experience in banking, mutual funds, insurance company or related field will be preferred.
BASIC DEGREE: The basic degree required for the field is a bachelor’s degree in commerce.
The candidate having the degree of an MBA or master’s degree in finance, accounting, sales, and chartered accountancy will help too.
Salary:
For Urban Cities/Branches: Rs. 11,310 /-to 20,000/- (Gross Salary)
For Semi-Urban Cities/Branches: Rs. 10,310/-to 15000/- (Gross Salary)
