We were delighted to welcome Mr Anand Mahindra, Chairman, Mahindra Group and iCreate, to the iCreate campus, along with Dr Hasmukh Adhia, IAS (Retd.), Principal Advisor to the Hon’ble Chief Minister, Government of Gujarat, and Mr S P Shukla, Senior Advisor, iCreate.

iCreate participated in Aashirwad Ka Diya, an evening gathering organised by MeitY Startup Hub (MSH) and STPI, New Delhi, under the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan, paying tribute to 25 years of selfless service and reflecting on the values of good governance, inclusive welfare, and nation-building.

Representing iCreate at the gathering was Mr Bismanpreet Singh, Senior Executive – Incubation, who joined startup beneficiaries, ecosystem stakeholders, and senior dignitaries for an evening that celebrated entrepreneurship, innovation, and the journeys of startups supported through the ecosystem.

The gathering was attended by Hon’ble Union Minister of State for Electronics & Information Technology and Commerce & Industry, Shri Jitin Prasada, along with Shri Krishan Kumar Singh, Joint Secretary, MeitY, Shri Arvind Kumar, DG, STPI, startup beneficiaries, and other dignitaries.

The evening brought together the startup ecosystem around a shared spirit of service, entrepreneurship, and an innovation-led, self-reliant India.

Mr Avinash Punekar, CEO, iCreate, shared perspectives on India’s deep tech opportunity at a session organised by the IIM Ahmedabad Alumni Association, Ahmedabad Chapter.

The session explored India’s shift from technology consumption to technology creation, with discussions around AI, robotics, semiconductors, space, defence, climate technologies and other emerging deep tech domains.

Mr Punekar also highlighted iCreate’s role in building a deep tech ecosystem with high-touch support, helping innovators move from idea to innovation, product and scale.

The session brought together IIMA alumni, students, faculty and members of the academic and entrepreneurial community for an engaging conversation on India’s deep tech journey and the opportunities ahead.

What happens when curious minds step into an ecosystem built around innovation? A day of learning, exploration, and entrepreneurial thinking.

Today, students and faculty from Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Institute of Technology (SVIT), Vasad visited the iCreate campus to experience the journey from ideas to innovation first-hand.

The visit began with a warm welcome by Ankush Pathania, Lead - Programs and Initiatives, followed by an overview of iCreate's vision and entrepreneurial ecosystem by Dr Praveen Desai, Head - TBI, iCreate.

Dr Raashid Saiyed, Resident Business Mentor, engaged the students in an insightful session on entrepreneurial thinking, encouraging them to question, explore possibilities, and look at real-world challenges through an entrepreneurial lens.

The students also explored iCreate's innovation facilities, gaining a closer look at the environment where ideas are nurtured, tested, and transformed into solutions.

A day of meaningful conversations, new perspectives, and plenty of curiosity. Here's to the ideas that may take shape from here.

We’re delighted to share that TecSo ChargeZone, an iCreate-supported startup, has secured long-term EV charging energy contracts worth more than $1 billion (around ₹10,500 crore).

This milestone funds 1,000 new supercharging stations along major national highways, boosting capacity by 180 MW to a total of 300 MW. Adding to their 15,000+ active charging points across 1,200+ locations in India and the UAE, this expansion will power 15,000+ daily charging sessions.

A major leap forward for India's EV infrastructure and clean mobility transition. Big congratulations to Team TecSo ChargeZone!
