ESIC contributions are calculated on the employee’s Gross Salary.

• 0.75% of Gross Salary

✅ Employer Contribution

• 3.25% of Gross Salary

📌 Total ESIC Contribution

• 4.00% of Gross Salary

🔹 Eligibility Criteria

✅ Employees earning up to ₹21,000 per month are covered under ESIC.

✅ For Persons with Disability (PWD), the wage ceiling is ₹25,000 per month.

For a Gross Salary of ₹20,000 per month:
