Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program.

There are three program under Alberta Provincial Nominee Program.

1) Alberta Opportunity Stream.2) Alberta Express Entry Stream 3) Self- Employer Farmer Stream.

I am writing about Alberta Express Entry specifically.
Alberta Express entry stream allow Alberta to nominate a limited number of qualified candidates from IRCC’s Express Entry System.

Candidates who have active profile in Express Entry system and who have shown demonstrated strong ties to Alberta may be eligible for this express entry stream.

International Graduate from Canadian Post-Secondary institutes may apply under this category.

Under Alberta Express Entry there is no set point system unlike other provinces. Alberta selects candidates from Express Entry pool and invites them to submit their application.

Candidate will be contacted directly by the AINP and must receive a notification of interest before they are able to submit an application under the Alberta Express Entry Stream.

Process of Selection from Express Entry Pool and Notification of Interest Process.

Based on available profile information in the express entry pool. Alberta may select candidate and send them a Notification of Interest letter in their federal entry profile.
You may receive notification of Interest letter if you.

- Have an active Express Entry Profile in the Federal Express Entry Pool.

- Have stated an interest in Immigrating Permanently to Alberta.
- Are working in an occupation that supports Alberta’s economic development and diversification.

- Have minimum comprehensive Ranking Score (CRS Score 300).

You have high chances of receiving notification of interest letter if you have following factor in your profile.

- Alberta Job Offer and/work express.
- A graduate of a Canadian Post-secondary institute.
- A relative that is living in Alberta: parents, child, brother and sister.

You have less chances of getting notification of interest if your have following factor.

- Your express entry profile expires in three months.
- You are working in occupation that is listed high wage and low wage occupation in the province of Alberta.
- You are working in the ineligible occupation list,
- That has high volume of submission across all AINP streams.
