Arvind Limited hosted the distinguished Remission of Duties and Taxes on Exported Products (RoDTEP) Committee members from the Ministry of Finance, Government of India. We extend our sincere gratitude to Shri Neeraj Gupta (Chairman), Shri Vivek Ranjan (Member), Shri Malay Samir (Director), Shri Sandeep Poonia (OSD), and Shri Mahender Singh Gurjar, IRS, for visiting our textile manufacturing facilities.
The delegation engaged in substantive deliberations around the evolving operational and fiscal contours of the textile value chain. Conversations touched upon key dimensions influencing export competitiveness, including taxation linkages, incentive mechanisms, and emerging compliance paradigms under the (RoDTEP) framework. The dialogue further examined how data-driven insights and greater process transparency can strengthen India’s position within globally harmonized trade structures consistent with World Trade Organization (WTO) compliant frameworks.
Representing Arvind were Gurpreet Singh Bhatia Dr. Param Shah, Samir Agrawal, Karan Ojha, Abhishek Bansal, Tapaswi PVN, Rajeev Pillai who highlighted Arvind’s pioneering approach to technology driven textile manufacturing and its alignment with national economic priorities.
