The crops are grown harvested and directly sold form the farm itself and to other cities across India. An Organic nursery is also a valuable part of the farm which houses varieties of plant, palms, shrubs, trees & cactuses from across the world. They are also available directly from the premises of the farm.

One of those unexpected farm sightings that makes you stop whatever you're doing and just watch.

The colours, the feathers, the sheer drama of it all… nature really knows how to put on a show. 🌿✨

And yes, we were just as excited watching this unfold. 😄

A little mud, a little sunshine, and apparently… the perfect day. 🐃🌿

Buffaloes love a good mud bath, especially in warm weather. Rolling around in the mud helps them cool their bodies and protect their skin from insects.

And honestly, watching them enjoy it is half the fun. 😄

Look who dropped by the farm. 🐦🌿

A beautiful hornbill spotted at Sardar Patel Farm , yet another reminder that our fields are part of a much larger living ecosystem.

Hornbills play an important role in forests, especially as seed dispersers, helping spread seeds and support natural regeneration.

Every sighting is a little reminder: a thriving farm is home to more than just crops. 💚

A paddy field of stories. 🌾🐦

What you see is Govind Bhog, a fragrant rice variety from West Bengal in the fields.

It is also attracting some unexpected visitors — stilts and other birds that seem to be making themselves quite at home, with some even preparing to nest.

The farm grows food for us, but it also creates space for nature to do its thing. 💚

That’s the beauty of a living farm ecosystem.

Before the next crop comes the preparation. 🌱🌧️

This monsoon, we're preparing the soil. Cowpea is grown as a green manure crop, and once it has done its job, it's worked back into the soil. This adds organic matter and nutrients, including nitrogen, helping build healthier soil for the crops that follow.

You will soon have CHILLIES , TOMATOES , BOTTLE GOURD & CUCUMBER among other vegetables growing on the farm.

A Black Cobra, quietly making its way through the farm.

Encounters like these are a reminder that a healthy farm is home to more than just crops. Snakes play an important role in maintaining ecological balance by helping control rodent populations and are an important part of a thriving ecosystem.
