On 30-31st December, The ProdMan Club, IIM Ahmedabad organized a product prototyping workshop for its student community - "Figma for product managers" led by Figma Community advocate & instructor Karan Kapoor

Prototyping is an important part of the product development process and is particularly useful for product managers. It allows product managers to quickly and easily test ideas and concepts, gather feedback, and make informed decisions about the direction of a product.

Attendees of the workshop had the opportunity to work on hands-on exercises and create their own prototypes using Figma. Karan Kapoor provided guidance and feedback to help attendees improve their prototypes and learn best practices for prototyping.

The ProdMan Club of IIM Ahmedabad in association with the Brij Disa Centre for Data Science and Artificial Intelligence is hosting an interactive speaker session on the topic "Acing the early career in Product Management".

It gives us immense pleasure to launch 'Futuristic Outlook to Product Management', the maiden publication of ProdMan Club, IIM Ahmedabad.

The book aims to provide holistic yet crisp insights into the various know-hows of the product management world, with a number of cases to put the learnings into use. The content is organised into three major sections:

1) Concepts: The basic frameworks and terminologies used in product management
2) App Critiques: An insight into the use cases of product management in various industries
3) Cases: Detailed interview transcripts covering Guesstimates, Design, Metrics, Go-to-Market and Pricing problems

We have tried our best to put forth the content in a way that is easily understandable for the uninitiated. Would love to hear feedback from all of you on how we can improve further.

The ProdMan Club is pleased to announce that we will be hosting Mrs. Mona Gandhi, from Upraised for a session on Primer for Product Management Interviews this Saturday, November 7th.

Mrs. Mona Gandhi was the first female engineer and founding member of the growth team at Airbnb. She is currently the CEO and Founder of Upraised, the only full-stack candidate oriented job platform.

The session will focus on what hiring managers look for in Product Managers and how one should prepare for interviews.
