Acquire the requirement and job description from client: This includes the specification, compensation structure, T & C etc.
Search: This is done firstly from our own databank and then from other sources, if required. The requirement is posted on Web and Leading Newspapers as per the mutual acceptance from client.
Contacting the candidates: Then the candidature is discussed and the candidates are conveyed the job details and asked for permission to forward their profile to the companies if they are interested.
Resume forwarding and interview arrangement: After the list of resumes is sent and we receive the names of shortlisted candidates, the interview is arranged as per client’s convenience.
Follow up: Then we assist the clients and candidates with the joining formalities and salary negotiations.
