AMA is an organisation for all the budding entrepreneurs of Amravati who are interested in enhancing their management skills, and believe in Sharing of Knowledge. In a bid to nurture entrepreneurial ecosystem, a small group of Intellectuals from Industrial and Entrepreneurial fraternity of Amravati, laid the foundation stone of 𝐀𝐦𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 inspired mainly from VMA (Vidharbha Ma

nagement Association), Nagpur, to proactively reach out to the sources of knowledge worldwide and provide a forum for sharing, learning and enhancing management competencies in the changing global environment. The Sole objective of AMA has been to bring together budding local people with keen interest and insatiable thirst for growth on a knowledge sharing platform for mutual benefit and nurturing entrepreneur skills within each individual thereby unleashing their energy for inclusive growth. On the lines of VMA, AMA is conceived to be a learning organisation, an Independent non-profit making entity, which focuses on providing a wide range of services aimed at enhancing managerial effectiveness in a broad sphere of activities with a common desire to improve the standards of Business Management. This is achieved primarily through organising relevant training programmes / lectures, arranging discussion, meetings where experiences are shared, arranging specific skill development workshops and subject specific conferences.

AMA hosted an insightful Panel Discussion on “MONEY MISTAKES WE ALL MAKE” 💰

The session brought together banking experts and an entrepreneur to share practical insights on financial discipline and the common mistakes businesses make while dealing with banks and credit systems. The panel featured srikanta pagal, Renuka Sharma, and entrepreneur Umang Agrawal, and was moderated by CA Mayur Zanwar .
The discussion focused on how entrepreneurs can build stronger financial credibility and avoid common banking mistakes.

AMA delegation of 40 members visited Plasto, Nagpur on Sunday 1st February. The team at Plasto warmly welcomed us, and the visit began with a short story video showcasing Plasto’s journey and vision.
This was followed by a plant visit, where we observed the manufacturing processes of pipes, Plasto water tanks, tank stands, chairs, and tables. The processes of Blow Moulding and Injection Moulding were explained in detail, giving members valuable practical insights into large-scale plastic manufacturing.
The factory atmosphere was highly systematic and well-organized. Safety boards were displayed throughout the plant, and 5S system boards were prominently placed, reflecting Plasto’s strong focus on safety, discipline, and operational excellence.
The visit concluded with an engaging and insightful discussion with Mr. Vishal Agrawal, which added significant value to the overall experience.
Overall, it was a knowledge-rich and inspiring industrial visit.
AMA sincerely thanks the Plasto team for their hospitality and cooperation.
