Always prefer ielts exam if u know that u can't crack gre or gmat. There are many "good" universities in Canada that accept ielts score. So don't think that giving ielts will get u a low profile college. High bands in ielts can get you offer from top universities in Canada. It is just that u need a high band score >=7 and your application should be well arranged.
