The package includes a competitive salary ranging from ₹30,000 to ₹1,50,000 per month, along with a host of benefits.
With unlimited overtime available, the expected on-target earnings are within the range of ₹50,000 to ₹2,00,000 per month.
The ideal candidate will be someone who has previous engineering experience working on vending machines, carrying out fault finding and routine maintenance with excellent customer service experience.
Responsibilities of the Field Service Engineer include:
1. Carry out reactive and planned maintenance across the company portfolio of vending machines around UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Germany, USA and Canada.
2. Tea /Coffee Vending Machine Service Engineer should have electrical/electronic knowledge and must visit all the machines assigned in the specific area, to keep the machine running.
3. He should be responsible for keeping the machine running in his assigned area.
4. Should be able to find out the cause of the breakdown and fix the issue.
5. Responsible for preventive and breakdown maintenance of machine.
6. Provide excellent customer service and communication with customers.
Required experience of the Field Service Engineer:
1. Minimum 1 years engineering experience on vending or coffee machines.
2. Proficient fault-finding skills, including the use of a multi-meter.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. International Travel (China, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Canada, Germany, and USA) is a Must.
