A great product alone doesnโ€™t guarantee success, the right strategy to take it to market does.

As part of the AgriFood Startup Seed Camp 2026, AIC Anand Foundation, AAU (Agrifood Startup Launchpad) conducted an insightful session on โ€œGo-to-Market Strategy for Agri Startupsโ€ led by Dr. Kavita Saxena.

The session provided startup founders with valuable insights into building an effective path from idea to market, from identifying the right target customers and defining a compelling value proposition to developing effective market entry and customer acquisition strategies.

For startups, a strong Go-to-Market strategy is not just about selling a product.

It is about understanding who your customer is, what problem you are solving, and how you can reach the market effectively.

Building Bridges Between Agri--Startups & Government : Glad to welcome Shri Samir Joshi, Deputy Secretary, Govt. of Gujarat.

During the visit, he was introduced to the startups funded at AIC Anand Foundation and the progress achieved through the incubation ecosystem so far. The visit highlighted the continuous efforts being made towards fostering innovation, entrepreneurship, and sustainable solutions in the AgriFood sector.

The discussion also reflected on the growing importance of policy support, institutional collaboration, and governance-driven initiatives in strengthening the startup ecosystem.
