Key Responsibilities:
• Site survey & project planning
• Electrical design, BOQ & estimation
• Solar PV installation supervision
• Testing & commissioning
• Quality control & vendor coordination
• Customer technical support
💰 Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000/month
🔹 2. Sales & Business Development Executive
📍 Experience: 0–2 Years
🎓 Qualification: Graduate
💼 Sales/B2B experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate residential, commercial & industrial leads
• Promote PM Surya Ghar & solar solutions
• Client meetings, quotations & follow-ups
• Develop business partnerships & channels
• Achieve sales targets & expand market reach
💰 Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000/month + Performance Incentives
