Job Overview
We are a leading manufacturer of food-grade HIPS (High Impact Polystyrene) and PP (Polypropylene) products. We are urgently looking for two dedicated Quality Executives to oversee our quality management systems and ensure strict adherence to international safety and manufacturing standards.
Key Responsibilities
Documentation Management: Lead and maintain all ISO Documentation and BRCGS Standards (British Retail Consortium Global Standards) specifically for packaging materials.
Compliance & Audits: Prepare the facility for internal and external quality audits. Ensure all production processes meet Food Safety and Hygiene requirements.
Process Control: Monitor the production of HIPS and PP products, ensuring they meet the technical specifications and durability required for food-grade applications.
Quality Analysis: Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for any quality deviations.
Technical Inspection: Utilize mechanical measuring instruments for precision checks of finished goods.
Candidate Requirements
Education: B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent technical field.
Experience: Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in Plastic Packaging or Food-Grade Products.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of BRC and ISO 9001/22000 documentation and audit processes.
Shift Commitment: Ability to work a 12-hour duty cycle.
Skills: High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office for documentation.
