3. Superstructure and Lintel-
Here we take care of the quality of bricks & sand. We also keep in mind the quality of workmanship and place DPC work wherever necessary. We use appropriate rod designs in Lintel work.
4. Roof beam & Roof(slab)-
In the roof beam, we take care of the rod design and the size of the beam. In the roof, we opt for the best rod design and avoid unnecessary load on the roof, preventing it from getting overheated and get cracked.
5. Plastering-
In plastering work, we keep our eyes on the alignment and rain-beats.
6. Plumbing-
We provide them with the best leakage-free sanitary wiring and make sure there’s an adequate drainage system.
7. Electrical work-
We ensure proper earthing & looping, and we also give short circuit proof wiring.
8. Flooring-
