HONOR 200 Series’ camera features teased ahead of India launch
HONOR is preparing to introduce the HONOR 200 series in India next week. Ahead of launch, HONOR has detailed the camera capabilities of the HONOR 200 series, including a partnership with Studio Harcourt, a prestigious Parisian portrait photography studio, to co-develop the HONOR AI Portrait Engine.
HONOR 200 Series with Triple 50MP Cameras
HONOR 200 Pro: The HONOR 200 Pro features a 50MP Portrait Main Camera with a 1/1.3-inch Super Dynamic H9000 sensor, providing detailed and bright photos even in challenging lighting conditions.
It supports 4-in-1 pixel binning for enhanced light absorption, ensuring well-exposed portraits in low-light environments. The camera is equipped with dual stabilization technology (OIS + EIS) and a Shape Memory Alloy actuator, ensuring sharp photos and stable videos.
Additionally, it includes a 50MP Telephoto Camera with 2.5x optical zoom, a 12MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and dual front cameras: a 50MP Portrait Selfie Camera with an f/2.1 aperture, and another optimized for Indian skin tones.
Both front and rear cameras support 4K video recording and a Pro video mode for high-quality videos.
HONOR 200: The HONOR 200 shares similar capabilities with its 1/1.56-inch Sony IMX906 Large Sensor, OIS, and 4-in-1 pixel binning technology. It features a 50MP Telephoto Camera with a Sony IMX856 sensor, ensuring sharp zoom shots in various conditions.

The HONOR AI Portrait Engine, developed with Studio Harcourt, enhances smartphone portrait photography using advanced AI.
It optimizes lighting, skin tones, and scene composition based on Studio Harcourt’s techniques, leveraging millions of light and shadow databases for precise exposure adjustments.
