The Senior Manager Engagement is responsible for successful outreach to and engagement of young women across the United States. Cultivate rising stars w/in organization & identify women w/ potential outside the organization. Work across the organization to expand young women’s engagement.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Work with field staff, chair and volunteer team to identify potential leaders and determine what tract to engage them on for increased involvement.
· Work with team organizationally to seek out and identify varying engagement strategies. Including community and member engagement, development, and retention as a landing place for younger members.
· Develop a network of women across the country using social media and digital platforms for groups to engage and inspire each other, exchange best practices, promote initiatives, and implement programming in their local areas.
· Work with field staff, chair and volunteer team to engage Israel Experience participants, for increased engagement.
· Create partnerships with other organizations reaching young women.
· Represent and/or present at National, Regional and/or Local meetings if needed.
Required Knowledge, Education, Experience
· BA or equivalent and 3+ years job experience
· Experience in community organizing and other relationship and community building initiatives
· Experience identifying and creating strategies for engagement
· Microsoft Office Suite
· Salesforce, SharePoint, and Basecamp preferred
· Experience with social media and digital marketing
· Experience developing and creating reports
