BATH SALTS
আমরা যেমন আমাদের স্কিনের কেয়ার নেই, তেমনি আমাদের বডি কেয়ারের জন্যও আমাদের কিছু করা দরকার। বডি কেয়ারের বেসিক ধাপ হচ্ছে একটা বাথ সল্ট ইউজ করা। আমরা অনেকেই হয়তো জানি না বাথ সল্টের ডিটেইলস & বেনিফিট কি।

❤ প্রতিদিন গোসলের সময় Bath salt দিয়ে আপনার হাত, পা, ঘাড়, গলা খুব ভালো ভাবে ম্যাসাজ করবেন ৫ মিনিট। তারপর আপনি আপনার পছন্দের সাবান বা shower gel use করতে পারেন।
❤এই ম্যাসাজে আপনার বডির যে কোন কালো দাগ দূর হতে থাকবে।
