Business Development Manager

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. He will be working in Bangalore Urban territory dealing with Enterprise (B2B) customers. Its a 100% field sales role and candidates with a vehicle to commute is preferable. Industry we work in is Telecom, Cloud and SaaS services and ability to have conversations with enterprise customers on these areas will be top preference. Expected salary brackets is 3.2 - 3.8L for the right candidate.

Responsibilities
Identify sales opportunities
Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
Maintain existing business

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience on field sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven knowledge and ex*****on of successful development strategies
Focused and goal-oriented.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- New client acquisition and work on leads by Tele calling the clients
- To acquire new corporate clients in the specified region/market
- To achieve the sales/revenue targets
- To create/maintain excellent relationships with clients and be able to tailor products pitch according to their specifications
- Interact regularly with the clients to ensure a committed and partnership based relationship.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Will be a self-starter with ample supplies of energy, enthusiasm and ideas
- Applicants must have proven experience in sales tele-calling, preferably in institutional sales and must be comfortable selling to senior decision-makers in large multi-national companies
- Existing customer contacts to start an immediate business
Computer Skills
- Very Good Communication Skills
- Convincing ability
Prior experience in selling and marketing IT/Communication services would be added advantage
