When ErgoTalent was founded in 2015, we were a small team with a well-defined vision, confidence, and eagerness to grow. Today, ErgoTalent is officially turning seven. After seven years of hard work, we are just as enterprising and ambitious as we started. Our journey has had its ups and downs, but we persevered. We celebrated our wins, took stock of the situation if things went wrong, learned from each mistake, supported each other during hard times, and pressed the accelerator pedal. We have gained more experience and strengthened our skills and collaborations.
Celebrating seven years of ErgoTalent is all about our colleagues, clients, partners, friends, and family – everyone who made the company's success possible. I want to thank all colleagues for their dedication and patience in delivering quality to our clients, which sets us apart as a firm that drives its business through knowledge and expertise. Moreover, it is a great pleasure to collaborate with our stakeholders. Due to their confidence and trust, ErgoTalent has carved a niche as a professional organization within a short span of time. Thank you to all who have supported ErgoTalent on its way to success. I am very proud of what we've achieved together.
The current times have caused a considerable churn in the talent market, and most organizations and employees are facing skill gaps due to rapidly changing job roles. As we maintain this growth trajectory, I am excited to announce our foray into the EdTech sector with ‘Ergodemy’ our custom-built Digital Learning Platform created by our HR experts with in-depth knowledge about the job market and the skills in demand. Organizations can use our platform to upskill their employees, while individuals can take relevant courses to boost their careers.
