The Conventional Underwriter reviews, conditions and underwrites mortgage loans in accordance with established policies and procedures and appropriate guidelines; examines all documentation for accuracy and completeness.
If you have THIS experience, we want YOU!
Front line underwriting, including credit decision making
3-4 years’ experience in US Residential Mortgage
2 years’ experience in US Residential Mortgage Underwriting
Ability to analyze US Tax Returns, Property Appraisals, Validate Bank Statements, and Reconcile Debts
