The company has the know-how, technical manpower (highly experienced aeronautical and mechanical engineers with vast experience) for the design and manufacturing of aircraft parts, satellite components, missile parts, radar assembly, drone parts and defence equipment. Shivayu Aerospace & Defence is striving to be a one stop solution for product design & development, manufacture of Industry 4.0 technology enabled products and services using the state-of-the art CNC machines, 3D Printers using CAD & CAM software and with its expert engineers.

Shivayu Aerospace & Defence Pvt Ltd is a start up Aerospace & Defence company established by Air Veteran Gp Capt ER Rajappan in pursuit of MAKE IN INDIA & ATMA NIRBHAR BHARAT in Defence and Aerospace sector. The promoter of the company is an ex scholar of Centre for Air Power Studies (the only Aerospace Warfare Tactics Development think tank in India) and he is fully aware of the technology gaps in the Aerospace & Defence sector and is on mission to contribute towards indigenous design and development of cutting edge and disruptive technology products to maintain India's defence preparedness to fight a two front conflict.

Shivayu Aerospace & Defence Pvt Ltd is manufacturing parts for a major aircraft OEM in USA and is thus contributing towards earning foreign exchange also. Shivayu Aerospace is alos engaged in making parts for LCA, ALH, GSLV satellite, radar and battle tank etc.

Gp Capt ER Rajappan's latest mission is to develop battery powered helicopter for cargo and passenger transportation in pursuit of carbon neutratlity in future.

The company has also designed a ROBOTIC ARM for removal of space debris.

As part of my mission to skill engineers for Aerospace & Defence industries to enable young engineers to design and develop indigenous aerospace and defence equipment, conducted one day orientation course for the students of St Thomas Engineering College Mattannur Kannur Kerala.
Shivayu Aerospace, as part of its Social Corporate Responsibility, will train more and more engineers to make them industry ready to be part of MAKE IN INDIA and MAKE IN INDIA FOR THE WORLD.
