1) Title Searcher / Title Examiner
Designation: Associate/Sr. Associate :( Title searcher/examiner)
Experience: 1-3 years
Shifts: Night
1. Should have experience in Current Owner, Two owner.
2. Application knowledge required on any two of them Data Trace, Data tree, Title Point, Title View, Fiddler, Cirtrix, Landex.
3. Knowledge of Netro-online usage for searching documents is Mandatory.
4. Should know to work at least minimum of two states.

2. Min. typing speed of 35 WPM.
3. Having a minimum of 1 year and maximum 3 years of experience.
4. Experience in any applications - Resware Tool, Clarity, Mic Tool, Radian Tool & Citrix, Stewart Title, Redvision, Title vision, LL, Data quick, Kesaware, Softpro, Green folder and Qualia applications
