Cluster Manager
• Willing to work as Independent contractor
• Cluster Manager will be assigned 10-15 petrol stations in his Cluster(district) that is around 50 – 70 KM of radius.
• He will be responsible for increasing the sales of the lubricants in each of the petrol stations.
• Responsible to recruit 10-15 mechanics in the respective petrol stations.
• Should be able to fulfil target
Who will be right fit for this:
• Must have completed Diploma or Graduation.
• Preferably from Automobile sales or service background.
• Any sales experience of 2+ years.
• Team management
• Open for travel
• Operation experience will be an added advantage
Salary Structure:
• 100% variable + Bonus
