Challenges make us stronger
I have been doing yoga from 2 years after doing strength training at Gym for a year.
What’s my experience?
I started getting knee pain when going to gym. Then I saw 21 day challenge by Habuild group…joined it and never stopped yoga on daily basis.
How’s the whole experience?
It is quite innovative way to learn yoga. Variation and giving importance or exercising holistically. I have learned about biorhythms- when to eat food correctly, juice fasting monthly, learned about Marma points, yoga Nidra and good habits of drinking at least 3 litre of water daily, early dinner for efficient gut functioning…and still learning a lot.
