Opening for Zonal Sales Manager for a well known Hyderabad brand in Spices and Pickles.
Location - Hyderabad, covering Telangana, AP, North & South Karnataka
Job Responsibilities :
Responsible as SBU Head for Assigned Region
Achieve regional sales objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees in assigned districts, communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions, planning and reviewing compensation actions, enforcing policies and procedures.
Keep Close Focus on ROI on all Company Functions.
Drive and motivate sales team and achieve planned sales objectives. Ensuring Overall performance for Region ( All ASM/ SO should perform).
Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of regional objectives.
Maintains and expands customer base by counseling ASM/ SO, building and maintaining rapport with key customers, identifying new customer opportunities.
Implements trade promotions by publishing, tracking, and evaluating trade spending.
Value Addition-Regular feedback and suggestions.
Should have handled a TO of 5-8 cr per month
Should have worked in Telangana, AP & Karnataka
