🌟 Be the Architect of Your Life – A Pro Bono Career Guidance Initiative 🌟
In a world shaped by AI disruption, startup failures, shrinking job markets, global tensions, tariff wars, and rising student anxiety, the question confronting educators today is:
Are we doing enough to prepare our students for this evolving future?
On August 4, I conducted a Career Guidance Program at the School of Business Studies, Central University of Karnataka. What stayed with me was the silent concern in students' eyes — uncertainty about where they’re headed, and whether they’ll make it.
But in that uncertainty lies hope — and a powerful opportunity to guide, uplift, and empower.

"Be The Architect of Your Life" is a Career Guidance Program I launched in 2010. It's helped countless students across institutions make informed career decisions, and gain confidence in navigating their first job and beyond.
This is not just a talk. It’s a comprehensive experience with:
