We’re back after a long haul but back with BANG! 💥

Come join us for something never done before—an exclusive conversation on the stories of Women’s World Cups in India 🏆

The Women’s World Cup is coming to India for the first time since India and England played out the epic final to a packed house at Lord’s eight years ago. Since then, much has changed in the world of women’s sports, especially with regards to cricket in India

The Women’s Premier League became an instant hit since its launch in 2023. Bengaluru, over the last two seasons, has stood witness to packed houses every single game. It’s unfortunate that the city which has showered women cricketers from around the world with so much affection, will not be able to host a world cup game this year.

Anyhow, Bookmark has you story-lovers covered. We bring together the city’s best storytellers on women’s cricket on one platform. In an interactive session, they will narrate the lost tales of the previous women’s world cups played in India, bringing alive the moments that missed the spotlight, if not the milestones, for nearly four decades.

Why do dating apps get all the flak? 🥲 As if meeting someone through a screen is somehow less romantic than locking eyes in an overpriced bar or getting set up by an aunty who still thinks “chemistry” means zodiac signs. 🤭

A dating app is just a tool, a medium. Like letters once were. Or Orkut posts. Or missed connections in a bookstore (in a wishful world). What matters is *who* you find, not how.

All poured over when 13 of us got together for the first-ever The Marginalised Club by x ! Notes were exchanged for memory’s sake before names were even introduced, as we let our books become our wingmen.

As for the book recommendations and author gossip, we’ll just drop a few names and leave the rest to your guesswork—White Nights, Stoner, Raymond Carver’s Beginners, The Forty Rules of Love, The Ugly Duckling (not the Hans Christian one), Stephen King, Percy Jackson, and more… mmm.

And those tags you see on each of us? They didn’t have our names but instead an author and a book we’d like to be introduced by. You can imagine how conversations unfolded—sometimes rickety, sometimes sturdy, but always a keepsake. 😇

And afterwards, we lingered over drinks and dine at , with a promise to return soon!
