We’re looking for a Manager/Sr. Manager Accounts & Finance for our client in manufacturing/trading. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily book keeping in Tally, accounts payable & receivables, invoicing/billing, payroll, month end close, reporting, audit preparation, handle end to end accounting & finance operations in Tally and perform other key administration activities.
The candidate will be responsible for professionally interacting with management and comfortably communicating with customers/vendors and flawlessly handling confidential and critical details. The ideal candidate will have to be organized and comfortable in scheduling meetings and responding to emails & calls within TAT.
Experience Required: 6 – 10 Years
Salary: 5 – 6 Lakhs P.A. (Salary not a constraint for the right candidate)
Educational Qualification: B.com/M.com
Optional: CA/CA Inter/ICWA/ICWA Inter/MBA (Not Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:
Handling day to day financial & accounting operations/bookkeeping in Tally
Cash & Working Capital Management
Responsible for Accounts Payable/Receivables, Treasury, Banking & Online Payments
Preparation of Error Free Invoices & Bills with in TAT
Inventory Management
Reconciliation (Bank/Vendor/Customer/other)
Payroll & Fixed Asset management
Statutory Compliance: GST, TDS, Professional Tax, PF & ESI filing and other direct/indirect tax
End to End preparation & finalization of accounts
Annual closure of accounts and preparation of statements for IT Audit
Preparation of MIS reports & other ad-hoc reports as requested by management
Excellent written & oral communication skills
Software: Tally, Advanced MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Setting up internal financial controls & drive new process initiatives.
Identify & Stop Revenue Leakage
Proven knowledge in book keeping, accounting principles/standards, laws & regulations.
