Responsibilities for Content Writer
Produce Well-researched content for Management online and in print
Conducting In-Depth Research while meeting all the requirements of the Tasks.
Understand Client's Comments and applying the same for completing the written assessments.
Assist clients in Understanding the Requirements of their projects and provide writing samples.
Organize writing schedules to complete drafts of content or finished projects within deadline
Candidates should have experience in Academic writing and should work on Academic Projects, Tools, and Dissertations based on a specific criterion of the academic field of foreign universities.
A proper understanding of tasks and deliver the solution according to the requirement without copyright issues
Work for the Client\'s Satisfaction right from the beginning, till Delivery.

Should be able to comply with deadlines of assigned projects
The candidate must be adaptable and flexible in writing on given topics and avid learner.
Research and Writing Skills
Fast typing Speed; Ability to Handle Pressure and Work on Tight Deadlines.
Prior Experience in Academic Content will be an added advantage.
Knowledgeable in their own domain (Management / Accounting / Finance / Law / Nursing / Public health / IT / Engineering)
Qualifications for Content Writer
Candidates must possess excellent written and verbal English Communication Skills.
Ability to learn things fast.
Keen attention to Details.
Excellent Time Management to Ensure Timely Delivery.
CA Inter/ CS Inter/ CMA /MBA Inter would be an added advantage.
The strong foundation of finance/accounting or Engineering subjects would be an added advantage.
Overseas educational background is a plus.
Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision

Job description
- Managing issues related to Order Status, Missing Wrong Damage or Return, and customer escalation both phone and email systems.
- Manage customer escalations on the highest priority and work with Account / sales manager for solutions and update mgmt.
- Engage with External Vendors - Forwarder and Services Provider to solve customer issue.
- Engage with other departments - e.g.: Sales, logistics, Technical Support etc. to work on process improvement.
- To interact and work with other Region Customer Care teams and the APJ PMO teams when the need arises.
- Responsible for setting realistic customer expectations, and meeting or exceeding these expectations.
- To verify and investigate into customer's complaints and drive for resolution within specified time frames
- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports
- Fully responsible for Customer Satisfaction and feedback for improvement.
Required Candidate profile
QUALIFICATION:

- 2 years of relevant experience in handling customer service - Email experience is mandate
- 1 year of customer care experience would be added advantage.
- Strong leadership behavior and drive forresults
- Excellent telephone and communication skills -English Languages
- Ability to communicate to all levels within an organization
- Strong customer service ethic and ability to be empathetic and accept ownership
- Well-developed problem solving skills
- Goal/Career oriented and self-motivated
- Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
