Skills and Knowledge Qualifications:

Voice and Accent
• Communication Enhancement (Language Tree, Vowel Sounds, Consonant Sounds, Syllabic stress)
• Grammar Enrichment(Basic Sentence Construction, Parts of Speech, Articles, Tense, Subject Verb Agreement)
• Developing Customer Service Attitude( Telephonic Etiquette, Listening and responding, Handling difficult customers, Phrases to avoid on calls)
• Culture (Identification of cultural differences).

Networking
• Basics of Networking, Windows 7, MS Outlook, Active Directory ( Training will be provided)

Eligibility Criteria:
• Bachelor degree or 3 year diploma (any)
• Excellent communication skills, with neutral accent.
• Excellent written communication skills with email etiquettes.
• Fundamental Technical know-how on system trouble shooting

Base Gross Salary –15,710/-
Work Location – Bangalore
Shifts – Yes (24/7 )
Shift Allowance & Transportation will be applicable for late night shifts.
