With 36 years of distinguished military service, seven tenures in Jammu & Kashmir, and experience spanning challenging operational environments, Major General Soi brings a wealth of experiences shaped by service, responsibility and leading people through change.

His distinguished career includes serving as Brigade Commander and Additional Director General, Rashtriya Ri**es, including coordinating a force of 85,000 personnel. He has also led in unfamiliar and challenging environments, including the induction of the first brigade into the Red Corridor in Chhattisgarh.

Today, as a , and international affairs expert and mentor, he continues to share his experience and perspectives with others.
