18th Avenue House

Designed in response to Chennai’s tropical climate, this residence embraces light, airflow, and greenery at every level.

The architectural form is a natural by-product of site context, spatial planning, and Vastu principles—carefully layered to avoid a tower-like mass.

Louvers, green terraces, and double-height volumes work together to filter heat, frame views, and create a seamless connection between indoors and outdoors.

Rooted in tropical modernism, the home enhances comfort, encourages connection to nature, and elevates everyday quality of life.

Still House | Bengaluru

Where silence speaks and space breathes. This home doesn’t compete with its surroundings—it settles into them.

Defined by low horizontal lines, deep overhangs, and a restrained material palette, the architecture dissolves into the tropical landscape—creating a quiet dialogue between the built and the unbuilt.

It’s architecture that listens more than it speaks.
